THEY TOOK HIM AWAY!!!
Dana here. They took Jeff back about 10:15am which was earlier than expected. 4 hours for surgery and a couple of hours for recovery so I should see him again in about 6 hours. I'll let ya'll know how things go after I speak to the surgeon later today. Thanks to Pastor Hamp from Calvary Baptist in Acworth for sitting with us and thanks to all our family and friends for your prayers! Thanks for getting my kids to school and picking them up today, Sue!!!

Dana - Talk to the Doc when he's taking a break and see if he can sneak one of Jeff's kidneys out. You can sell it on the black market and pay for the surgery :-)
Seriously, our prayers are with you all right now for Jeff to have a successful operation and a speedy recovery.
