When I decided to do a blog before my surgery, I selected this site because my youngest son, Carson, has a blog here. I knew it was easy to use and that was my main criteria.
Carson, who is 12-years-old and just completed the 7th grade, started his blog site last year to post some of his writings. Carson likes to write chapters and scenes, not so much stories with beginnings and endings.

While Carson has not posted anything since last year, I know that he has been writing quite a bit. Maybe if you guys encourage him a little he will post some of his newer stuff.
Carson is a good writer. I know this because I have had to defend him several times at school because a couple of teachers found it difficult to believe that his writings came from a 12-year-old boy. My usual defense is to drag his English teacher over to the History or Science teacher's office to collaborate his ability. I think he is an excellent storyteller and I hope he keeps working at it.
